Kids Party in Foreclosed Homes, Leave Wake of Vandalism

This is completely outrageous. I am not attacking ALL teens, but there are some out there that need some type of discipline that will make them NOT want to ever do this again. I think it was a big joke when it was stated that the kids under 18 had an even worse fate, explaining their actions to their parents. HA! Why do you think these kids do these things? The parents give them a good scolding and think that's where their parental duties end. Like I stated before, it's a joke!
